Ramon Alsina Artists Managment presents Joseph Zamplione

In the early years of his career Joe wrote, produced and was the lead vocalist in two separate pop bands, which performed to rave reviews throughout the Bronx and Westchester County.

For the past few years this versatile Lyric tenor has been concentrating on his classical, Opera and Oratorio repertoire. He has sung the tenor solos for Handel's The Messiah, Andrew Lloyd Webbers Requiem, Webbers Hosannah and Mozart's Coronation Mass.

Joe has crossed over to perform musical roles such as Sancho Panza in Man of La Mancha, Jesus Christ Superstar, Lamar in Godspell, Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat which he debuted in Alice Tully Hall in NY and Will Parker in Oklahoma!.

He has sung lead roles in concert versions of: Rigoletto, Amahl and the night visitors, Sweeney Todd, West Side Story, Candide, Les Miserables, A Little Night Music and Joe will be singing the leading role of Don Cesar de Bazan in Vincent Wallace English opera Maritana and Ferranndo in Cosi Fan Tutte both with The Touring Concert Opera Company of NYC in 2009.

Joe continues to study voice with his first voice teacher and vocal coach Lorraine Nanko which he recently reunited with after 24 years. He serves as the Tenor soloist of First Presbyterian Church in Throggs Neck in the Bronx and his dual career keeps him busy as the Director of Information Technology for Sirius Satellite Radio in New York City.
