No stranger to the stage, Elizabeth began her career at the age of 2, making her debut performing with her parents. At the age of 10, she was invited to sing with the Metropolitan Opera children's chorus. Performing numerous productions at the MET.

Other performing credits as a youth include The Bolshoi Operas Children's Chorus-US tour at the MET and the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, Baby June in Gypsy and many television appearances including Sesame Street. She was also selected through national auditions to study at Balanchine's School of American Ballet, and to perform with the New York City Ballet in New York as well as their summer home at the Saratoga Springs performing arts center.

More recently, Elizabeth has spent her "grown up" career on the road touring throughout Europe and the United States in such musical productions as Oklahoma!, in the role of Gertie and understudy for Ado Annie, Julie Jordan understudy in Carousel Lucille Ballard in Meet me in St. Louis, Anita in West Side Story, and Minnie Faye in Hello Dolly and Zerlina in The Music Man and Lisle in The Sound of Music. Elizabeth also had the honor of working with the late Jim Henson in several of his stage productions that also toured the United States and Canada.

Ms. Figols has been a guest soloist on cruise ships, Harrah's casino in Atlantic City and Madison Square Garden in New York City. In 1998 she was featured in the staged reading of the upcoming Broadway musical Warsaw in Cami Hall in New York.

In 1999 Elizabeth wrote, performed and produced the comic revue "Would you consider ensemble?" for cabaret venues throughout New York. This revue performed encore performances to rave reviews.

The New Jersey herald reviews Elizabeth's performance as Gertie Cummings in Oklahama!. "Making the most of her every fleeting instant on stage, is Elizabeth Figols in the role of Gertie Cummings. We may be hearing a good deal more from this young lady, for she packs a walloping talent."

Elizabeth enjoys crossing over to opera in such cameo roles as Barbarina and Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro, Kate in Madama Butterfly, The Shepherd Boy in Tosca, and Amahl in Amahl and the Night Visitors. More recently Elizabeth played Soupy Sue in the musical Urinetown with Center Stage Playhouse and is returned to play Dory in the original play Dream Fragments-"The Shopkeeper of Lost Dreams".

Upcoming engagements include returning to Center Stage Playhouse in their spring production of "Into the Woods" as Cinderella's mother, Granny and the voice of the Giant. She will also be a guest artist with The Parkchester Chorus in their spring concert in May 2007.
